Sensors & signal-path adjacent

If you build sensing modules, probe protection, or insulation/dielectrics along signal paths, the core is usually: enough protection without burying the signal and reliability with it.

Who this is for

For: industrial sensing modules, probe/package protection, signal-path insulation and dielectrics, and sensing structures that need optical windows.

Where your product interface sits

Sensing products often stall at material interfaces: does protection change sensitivity? Do insulation and dielectrics add parasitics and noise? Does dimension drift with temperature/humidity? Can process meet existing packages? Align by “which layer of the module fails”—more useful than abstract industry talk. No sensor part numbers or end brands here.

Insulation, dielectric, dimension—do not let materials eat the signal

Product teams can list first: acceptable parasitic/loss assumptions, thickness uniformity, temperature/humidity dimension window, and whether interfaces may become noise sources. Those can become sample-scale measurable items. Full formulations and critical process windows stay private.

When you need a window or see-through cover

If the module needs an optical window or see-through protection while keeping PI’s thermal/mechanical backbone, CPI can enter as a reserved direction. It addresses coloration vs transmission with film formation—not certified optical-module supply.

What to do once this matches

Sensing topics often hit dielectric/insulation design and film uniformity together. For high-K or ultra-thin structures, delivered high-K / PI film-capacitor samples illustrate device-level capability. Bring module stack-up and signal assumptions via Partner or Contact.
